Designed a custom low-temperature industrial bake oven for the dehydration process at the Twinsburg facility, expanding throughput capability and eliminating a production bottleneck.
Increase in dehydration throughput capability
Designed, constructed, and documented world-qualifying VEXU robots for driver-controlled and autonomous tasks. Served as an establishing member and Assembly Lead on a team ranked third in Ohio.
Designed and constructed a cupola foundry with the American Foundry Society and Kent State University for refining metals into stock material and supporting academic display.

Teach MAGMASOFT casting simulation and guide students through heat transfer, gating and feeding, process analysis, and manufacturability. Mentor students and organizations on casting projects.
Investigated casting defects and implemented procedural changes to reduce scrap. Developed mold assembly tools for aerospace-grade turbine blades and revised manufacturing work instructions and process documentation.
Maintain, diagnose, and repair a fleet of 16 additive manufacturing machines. Support FDM, SLA, and binder jet printing, and train students in design for manufacturing and assembly.
Applied kaizen to machine and process improvements. Designed a custom industrial bake oven and supported CAD design, mechanical repair, high-voltage wiring, and SOP and BOM documentation.
Supported skilled trades, coordinated workloads across five locations, and handled material logistics between vendors, facilities, and project sites.
